2007-10-23All of insp now builds with -pedantic (theres some warnings to squash in ↵brain
modules, and in spanningtree, but its all 'unused parameter'). 2006-11-26Add extra parameter to OnUserPreNotice and OnUserPrePrivmsg, CUList ↵brain
&exempt_list, a list of users NOT to write to. By default it just contains the sender, you can add more. Modules may now change the privialges each user gets as they join, in OnUserPreJoin. For the first user in, this value defaults to a string containing "@" otherwise it defaults to a string containing nothing.
