2009-01-22Fixes bug #655: National characters support, patch written mostly by ↵w00t
Phoenix, bits of core support by myself. This means that nicknames using *non ASCII* are now supported when configured, and more importantly, that /msg lowercasenick will go to a person with UPPERCASENICK in foreign character sets. 2009-01-18Fix what should have been the (real) problems with kqueue, so far so good ↵w00t
for me.. this *does* need more testing though. Fix spotted by dz (check .filter, not .flags, and don't try to use it as a bitmask).
